Shelley Horton

Shelley Horton is the Director of Albion Avenue. She bought her first property in her mid-twenties and two years later it doubled in value. Since then she has successfully bought, sold and renovated properties for profit. Now, with 20 years’ industry experience, she is equipped to advise clients on all aspects of buying and selling property. 

Nick Viner

Nick Viner is the Founder and Principal of Buyers Domain and a former property solicitor. He is an award-winning buyers’ agent and a member of both REINSW and the Real Estate Buyers’ Agents Association of Australia. Given his experience in law, Nick understands the legal implications of purchasing a property. This means he can work objectively and analytically throughout the purchase process, making him a formidable negotiator.
