Meet the presenters:

Craig Marshall
For more than 30 years Craig has been a driving force in the upper North Shore real estate industry. During this time his core values of excellence in client service and teamwork have been the pillars to his outstanding sales achievements, as well as the development and success of the Savills team. His breadth of experience and support for the team was recently recognised when he was awarded REB Principal of the Year 2017, topping a list of 12 finalists from all over Australia. Craig is also the team’s lead Auctioneer, and has developed a deserved reputation for proficiency and professionalism, using his expertise to drive an auction to its best outcome. Working closely with the group’s Sales Executives and the Auction team enables a cohesive approach unique to the business.

Craig firmly believes in and is renowned for supporting the local community and charity organisations, a philosophy he encourages his team to adopt through engaging in sponsorship and events in their areas. Through Savills, Craig provides ongoing sponsorship of over 20 local schools and is also volunteer auctioneer for local schools and sporting clubs, including the Trish MS Foundation.
 
Cathy Baker
Multi-award-winning principal, Cathy Baker heads the Belle Property operation on the Central Coast with two prominent and highly respected real estate agencies at Wamberal and Killcare. With multiple awards to her name and a stellar reputation in the industry and community, Cathy is a market leader in real estate sales on the Central Coast. With previous experience working as an interior designer, Cathy’s eye for detail in real estate sales is a sophisticated one, particularly when it comes to professional property styling and home improvement advice for her clients.
