- understanding the need for implementing strategies, procedures and processes to grow your property management and sales business
- analysing where your sales and property management listings come from - and how you can obtain more
- learning how you can be better prepared for a listing presentation
- learning skills and knowledge to gain an edge in your listing presentations.
With every employee of an agency responsible for contributing to growth, this workshop is relevant to everyone. You will learn new insights and skills, and should come away with a to do list ready to take back to the office.
Meet the presenter
Annette Ferrari has worked in the real estate industry as an agency Principal and sales specialist for 20 years. She is also highly qualified, holding a Masters in Behavioural Science, a Bachelor of Arts (Communications Studies), and a Bachelor of Adult Education.
Annette has managed and mentored a number of employees and understands the importance of growth and development within an agency. Her practical day-to-day agency knowledge is complemented by her strong theoretical knowledge in behavioural science and communications: this plus her entertaining style make her a favourite among students.
