Commercial Sales and Leasing Trainee
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, energetic and outgoing individual who is looking for a long term career in Commercial Sales & Leasing.
Working with one of the North Shore's leading Commercial Agencies you will be taught all aspects of Commercial Sales & Leasing which will ensure your long term success.
Daily duties will include:
• Updating and maintaining the database
• Sourcing listings through cold calling
• Taking phone enquires and qualifying Clients
• Taking full briefs from Clients
• Showing properties for Sales and for Lease
The ideal Candidate for this outstanding opportunity will:
• Have at least 6 months Property experience
• Have an outgoing attitude and flexible mindset
• Be prepared to work hard to ensure long term success
• Have a good knowledge of the Lower North Shore
• Possess tertiary qualifications in Property
