Commercial Sales & Leasing Agent
This agency is a well recognised brand on the North Shore of Sydney and their market presence is huge. Noticing a strong upward surge in the Commercial sector since the tail end of last year they are now looking to the market for a new Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent to join their team.
With a large database for you to get started with and with all the tools, mentoring and training you need to ensure your long term success. This role will require you to:
• Source, maintain and build Owner relationships
• Search for tenants through registers & cold calling etc
• Networking in local market
• Negotiate lease and sale deals
• Executing final transactions
The Candidate we are seeking will be from a Commercial background who already has a strong understanding of the Commercial Leasing and Sales sector. An excellent ability to source and manage relationships is essential as are exemplary communication and negotiation skills.
