Any agent who wants to auction property requires a licence that accredits them as an auctioneer.
The REINSW Auctioneers Accreditation course gives currently licensed agents the knowledge they need to effectively perform auction sales.This comprehensive and interactive course covers compliance, marketing and professional conduct.
Agents who want to conduct rural property and livestock auctions must complete:
- CPPDSM4037A - Conduct Auction of rural property
- CPPDSM4039A - Conduct livestock sale by auction; or
- have their skill and knowledge recognised by an RPL* process.
