All auctioneers must have their real estate and/or stock & station licence endorsed as an auctioneer.
Agents who want to conduct residential auctions must either: |

- complete the 'PRDRE26A - Conduct property sale by auction' workshop; or
- have their skill and knowledge recognised by a Recognition or Prior Learning* (RPL) process.
Agents who want to conduct rural property and livestock auctions must either:
- complete the 'PRDSSA23A - Conduct auction sale' workshop; or
- complete the 'PRDSSA32A - Conduct livestock auction' workshop; or
- have their skill and knowledge recognised by an RPL* process.

'PRDRE26A - Conduct property sale by auction' is a four-day workshop and covers all the practical and compliance issues involved in conducting an auction. The workshop is ideal for those new to auctions and anyone who cannot demonstrate that they are competent through an RPL process.
